Abstract

The leadership behavior and competence of school administrators play a vital role in the educational system. School administrators have a big influence on the teacher, students, and the community. If leadership behavior and competencies of school administrators are evident as accepted by the stakeholders both internal and external the more the school succeeds in attaining its goals and objectives. Gauging such, this study aimed to determine the leadership behavior and competence of public secondary school administrators in the Division of Cagayan as a basis in designing a compelling-based program.
